Heather Rogers, LG

planner, geomorphologist

Heather is a planner and geomorphologist who works with clients and regulators on a wide range of projects including natural resource assessment, streams and rivers, wetlands, planning, research, and permitting. She brings a background in surface processes, groundwater, landslide identification and inventory, ordinary high water mark delineation, and channel morphology. Prior to joining The Watershed Company, Heather worked on wetland and stream, environmental remediation, water rights, remote sensing, and geomorphology-related projects both as a consultant, and for the National Ecological Observation Network and National Park Service.

Outside of Watershed
Outside of work, Heather enjoys rock climbing, skiing, kayaking, and all manner of last-minute outdoor adventures with her husband and dog. When not roaming around the wilderness, she enjoys working on house projects. Her most recent project/adventure included installing roof top solar panels from a DIY kit.
