The Watershed Company’s urban foresters are ISA Certified Arborists® with Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ). We consult with both private and public clients, at the scale of individual trees up to entire forests. Our urban foresters have multidisciplinary expertise, offering insights into ecology, permitting, wildlife, wetland science, traditional forestry, and landscape architecture – areas that would otherwise require additional staff and budget.

We collaborate with our GIS analysts to provide clients with clear documentation and approaches to tree and urban forest management. We also work with architects, landscape architects, and engineers during a project’s design phase, and perform construction administration on everything from residential development to large infrastructure projects.
