Justin Kay
Ecologist
Justin is a wetland scientist who provides a broad skill-set to the firm’s critical areas and mitigation planning efforts, performing wetland and stream delineation studies, and monitoring mitigation sites. Prior to joining The Watershed Company, Justin was a field supervisor for the Washington Conservation Corps, where he installed salmon habitat restoration projects, managed a native plant nursery, and mentored new ecological stewards.
Outside of Watershed
Justin enjoys exploring Pacific Northwest ecology through the eyes of his young daughter, propagating huckleberry, and sitting by a campfire.
