Peter Heltzel, CFP
Fisheries Biologist
Peter is a Certified Fisheries Professional with almost 20 years of experience assessing and protecting fish habitat across Washington state. As both a project manager and field lead, Peter has helped clients write and manage numerous regulatory documents under ESA, SEPA, and NEPA, addressing salmonids and other listed and endangered species. Peter is a certified “Senior Writer” for WSDOT Biological Assessment.
